How to get the list of miscellaneous cost types?

This method allows to get the list of misc cost types in a simplified manner.

The method to be used when getting the list of misc cost types is:

GET  url/api/mytenant/myorganization/maintenancecore/misccoststypes

When this method is executed successfully, it returns HttpStatusCode.200OK.
