How to get the list of miscellaneous costs?

This method allows to get the list of misc costs in a simplified manner.

 The method to be used when getting the list of misc costs is:  GET  url/api/mytenant/myorganization/maintenancecore/misccosts
When this method is executed successfully, it returns HttpStatusCode.200OK.
